Chad Passantino

Born in Baton Rouge and a proud New Orleanian since an early age, Chad brings over 20 years of litigation experience and has also served as an executive for a multistate security company. In this role he oversaw operations, compliance, and the human resources department, and also served as the corporate secretary where he maintained all corporate insurance policies and documents. In 2021, he was the lead logistic manager for the Kenner site, overseeing 2200 linemen as they restored power to the Greater New Orleans Area after Hurricane Ida made landfall, devastating the entire region's power grid.

Although Chad has never served in uniform, his passion runs deep for our nation and the military community. From the inception of the Talons Reach Foundation, Chad has contributed to the promotion of Nick Jones’ mission to help our SOF community. In 2023 he created one of the foundation’s signature fundraising events, Operation Eagles Row: a 24-hour rowing fundraiser created to honor the fallen. In addition, he has committed to rowing 10K meters a day for 1,000 days to raise awareness of the foundation and the growing mental health epidemic among service men and women. Outside of work, Chad leads an incredibly active life. He is a dedicated single parent to two wonderful children (one boy and one girl) and an adaptive CrossFit athlete. Chad enjoys adventures, like an unplugged weeklong whitewater rafting trip through the Grand Canyon.
